In Abundance
Over the course of the last two years, I have petitioned many to pray on behalf of my outreach efforts. Whether it be through emails, letters, social media, or in person, I rally prayer support whenever I can find others willing to commit. After this past week, I must report that these labors are being answered in abundance.
Yesterday, I received news that I would be traveling to a very special place in June to speak with an even more precious group of people. When I heard the voice on the other end of the line tell me that I was able, I almost teared up. There is no way that my Lord does not hear my cries to please Him or know my desires to love on people. These individuals that I will have the opportunity to minister to through the sharing of my testimony, are already commonly known as my hero’s. How awesome it will be to stand in front of them and offer just a portion of what they already give to me.
I remember attending a conference once that claimed when starting a new ministry, you should have at least a 100 people praying for you at any given moment. I’m not sure if others prayed for me without ceasing, but the Lord responded regardless and in no small way.
All throughout history, memorials have been built as reminders of sacred or meaningful events throughout history. Symbols are established to evoke the ideas behind these inspirational occasions. Here lately, I can’t help but find myself ready to build a monument wherever I go. God is truly amazing and never has He left me to carry out my assignment for Him alone. He has always sent someone to cover my needs. Whether it be through encouraging words, financial support, service, or just plain presence, I‘m with divine provision to accomplish my goals.
May the Lord my God and His amazing body always be the Rock on which I am founded. I love you Father and thank you from the deepest part of me.
…do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
